Dear Parents,
I am so excited to see you all and welcome you back to Ben Gamla Charter School. We are diligently planning for instruction and readying the building for a phenomenal year.
We are going to schedule Curriculum Nights during the Teacher Planning Week prior to student arrival. We will divide the grade levels so that we can accommodate the flow of traffic and have comfortable seating for everyone.
Please do not bring the children; this is strictly for parents only. We will be providing the curricular framework for the year as well as sharing classroom policies and procedures. We will also be collecting funds for the individual student workbooks ordered for most subject areas. The total cost, including the student agenda and First in Math program, will not exceed $100 per student. I am sharing this with you now so that you can plan ahead. All fees must be collected by August 31st.
Curriculum Nights will all be held from 6:30 – 7:30.
Tuesday, August 18th, Parents of 2nd & 3rd Grade students
Wednesday, August 19th, Parents of 6th - 8th Grade students
Thursday, August 20th, Parents of 4th & 5th Grade students
PARENTS ONLY, PLEASE.
