RE: November After School Invoice and Policy Clarifications
It is hopeful that the Ben Gamla After School Program has been providing your families
with the flexibility you need in your busy lives. Over the next few weeks the Ben Gamla
After School Program will be going through some updates and changes. We need your
assistance as we make this transition:
1. Monthly invoices will be sent around the 25th of each month. Payments for the
After School program are due monthly on the 1st of the month and are late if not
paid by the 5th of the month. Late fees will be assessed for payments received
after the 5th of the month. Additional late fees will be assessed for payments
received after the 10th of the month. Payments not made by the 15th of the
month will cause the student to be withdrawn from the After School program until
such time as all late payment and late fees have been paid in full – no
exceptions! It is the parents responsibility to ensure that payments are received in
the school office or the After School lock box within the required time frame.
Missed payments due to student absences are still assessed a late fee.
2. An After School Program Parent and Student Handbook is attached. Please
review this document with your child, complete and sign the Parent Contract
and Registration Form attached, and return them to the office along with your
November payment and invoice. These forms are due in the school office no
later than November 5, 2008.
3. Payments for the after school program must be made in the school office or left
in the After School Program Lock Box in the lobby area along with a copy of your
invoice. Payments left without an invoice may cause your payment to be
mistakenly posted to another child’s account, so it is important that
